Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) The Minister may revoke a transfer order if the detainee to whom the order relates escapes or attempts to escape from custody, or commits any other further offence, whether in the Territory or elsewhere, while the detainee is in the process of being transferred.
(2) A decision under subsection (1) is not subject to review or appeal in any court or tribunal.
