Northern Territory Consolidated Acts Northern Territory Consolidated Acts(1) In addition to any other order the Court may make, the Court may order that an appropriate Agency take reasonable steps to enter into a family responsibility agreement with a parent of the youth before the Court.
(2) The Court may make an order under subsection (1) whether or not the Court finds a charge proven against the youth or finds the youth guilty of an offence.
