Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) A motor vehicle must be able to turn in a circle not over 25 metres in diameter, measured by the outer edge of the tyre track at ground level.
(2) The vehicle must be able to comply with subrule (1) whether it turns to the left or to the right.
