Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated RegulationsWhere proceedings in the Local Court or before a tribunal are remitted or transferred to or removed into the Court, or an appeal to the Court is brought from another court or a tribunal, and the Court makes an order as to the costs of proceedings in that court or before that tribunal, the Court may:
(a) specify the amount of the costs to be allowed;
(b) order that the costs be taxed in the Court in accordance with this Order; or
(c) order that the amount of the costs be determined in the court or tribunal in such manner as that court or tribunal directs.
