Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) Subject to subrule (2), the judgment creditor shall, not later than 7 days before the day for hearing named in the garnishee summons, serve the summons and a copy of each affidavit used on the application for an order under rule 71.04 on the garnishee personally and on the judgment debtor.
(2) A garnishee summons shall not be served on a garnishee out of the Territory.
(3) The Court may dispense with service on the judgment debtor under subrule (1).
