Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) Subject to rule 15.09, where money is standing to the credit of the judgment debtor in court, the Court may, on the application of the judgment creditor made by summons, order that the money or so much of it as is sufficient to satisfy the judgment sought to be enforced, together with interest accrued on the judgment debt and the costs of the application, be paid to the judgment creditor.
(2) The summons and a copy of any affidavit in support shall be served on the judgment debtor not later than 7 days before the day for hearing named in the summons.
