Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated RegulationsThe costs of the judgment creditor of a garnishee application under this Order shall, unless the Court otherwise orders, be retained by the judgment creditor out of the money recovered by him from the garnishee in priority to the debt under the judgment in respect of which the application arose and interest accrued on the debt.
