Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated RegulationsThe court of trial may order the destruction of documents, exhibits and other items tendered at the trial that are uncollected or unable to be returned as at the end of 6 months after:
(a) the appeal period expires; or
(b) if an appeal is lodged – the date on which the Court of Criminal Appeal delivers judgment or the appeal is withdrawn.
