Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) If served with an application for leave to appeal or for an extension of time, the respondent must file and serve on the applicant the respondent's written submissions.
(2) Any fact relied on in opposition to the application must be set out in a supporting affidavit.
(3) The submissions and any affidavit must be filed and served within 14 days after the day the application is served on the respondent.
