Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) An application to intervene in a proceeding for a grant shall be by summons in the proceeding for an order that the person applying be added as a party.
(2) Before filing the summons, the person applying shall file a notice of appearance in the proceeding.
