Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) Application for issue of a citation shall be made by filing a request in accordance with Form 88V.
(2) The person requesting issue of a citation shall:
(a) file an affidavit verifying the averments contained in the proposed citation; and
(b) lodge 2 copies of the proposed citation.
