Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations Northern Territory Consolidated Regulations(1) A water-skier must at all times wear a lifejacket, or other personal flotation device, that complies with Australian Standard AS1499, published by the Standards Association of Australia, as amended from time to time.
Maximum penalty: 4 penalty units.
(2) A person driving a jet-ski that is towing a water-skier must at all times wear a lifejacket, or other personal flotation device, that complies with Australian Standard AS1499, published by the Standards Association of Australia, as amended from time to time.
