TERRITORY PARKS AND WILDLIFE CONSERVATION BY-LAWS 1984 - REG 35I

A person must not between sunset and sunrise:

        (a)     drive a vessel for the purposes of towing a water-skier; or

        (b)     be a ski observer in a vessel in relation to which water-skiing is occurring; or

        (c)     water ski.

Maximum penalty:     4 penalty units.
