TERRITORY PARKS AND WILDLIFE CONSERVATION BY-LAWS 1984 - REG 35J

The ski observer of a vessel towing a water-skier must:

        (a)     be a person who is 12 years of age or older; and

        (b)     watch the water-skier at all times; and

        (c)     relay the signals of the water-skier to the driver.

Maximum penalty:     15 penalty units.
