Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) An adult whose alcohol protection order has been confirmed by a senior officer may apply to the Local Court for a review of the merits of the senior officer's decision.
(2) The application must be made within 7 days of the notice about the decision being given under section 10(1).
(3) The making of the application does not affect the validity or effect of the alcohol protection order.
