EDUCATION ACT 2015 (NO 28 OF 2015) - SECT 124

Non-Government school must be registered

An unregistered non-Government school must not operate in the Territory.

Section 126 sets out the consequences for the governing body and the principal if an unregistered non-Government school operates.
