Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) A person may make a complaint against a person who holds a licence, or is an apprentice or trainee, alleging that there are grounds for taking disciplinary action against the person.
(2) The complaint must:
(a) be made in the approved form; and
(b) state the name and contact details of the person making the complaint; and
(c) specify the ground for the complaint; and
(d) be signed by the complainant; and
(e) lodged with the Electrical Safety Regulator.
