Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) A person holding office as an authorised officer assigned by the Minister to assist the electrical safety regulator under the Electricity Reform Act 2000 , immediately before the commencement, is taken to be an inspector appointed under this Act in accordance with the terms and conditions of their appointment.
(2) An identity card issued to a inspector under the Electricity Reform Act 2000 and in force immediately before the commencement is taken to be an identity card issued under this Act.
