Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) An appeal of a decision of the Electrical Workers and Contractors Board that was commenced but was not determined by the Local Court under the former Act before the commencement is to continue and be determined in accordance with the former Act as if it were not repealed.
(2) If a person had a right under the former Act, immediately before the commencement, to appeal a decision of the Electrical Workers and Contractors Board, the person's right to appeal is taken to be a right to apply under this Act for review by NTCAT.
