"Board" means:

    (a)     a National Board; or

    (b)     an NT Board; or

    (c)     another entity prescribed by regulation.

"National Board" means a National Health Practitioner Board established by section 31 of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law.

"NT Board" means a Board established by section 7 of the Health Practitioner Act .
