HEALTH PRACTITIONER (NATIONAL UNIFORM LEGISLATION) IMPLEMENTATION ACT 2010 (NO 18 OF 2010) - SECT 62

Amendment of regulation 11 (Disposal of Schedule 8 substances)

Regulation 11(1)(b) and (c)

omit, substitute

    (b)     a dentist, medical practitioner, optometrist or pharmacist;

    (c)     a person registered under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law to practise in the nursing and midwifery profession as a nurse or midwife (other than as a student);

    (d)     a health practitioner who has a right of practice under the Health Practitioners Act in the category of health care practice of Aboriginal health work;

    (e)     a veterinarian.
