HEALTH PRACTITIONER (NATIONAL UNIFORM LEGISLATION) IMPLEMENTATION ACT 2010 (NO 18 OF 2010) - SECT 64

Section 4(1)

insert (in alphabetical order)

"health practitioner" means:

    (a)     a person registered under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law to practise a health profession (other than as a student); or

    (b)     a health practitioner who has a right of practice under the Health Practitioners Act other than a registered radiographer under that Act.
