(1) A person commits an offence if:
(a) the person obstructs another person; and
(b) the other person is an authorised officer; and
(c) the person knows the officer is acting in an official capacity.
Maximum penalty: 100 penalty units or imprisonment for 12 months.
(2) Strict liability applies to subsection (1)(b).
(3) In this section:
"obstruct" includes hinder and resist.
