Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) The campaign donation return must set out the following:
(a) the amounts or values of each donation made, directly or indirectly, to the candidate;
(b) the dates each donation was made;
(c) the details of the donors;
(d) the amounts and terms of any loan to the candidate;
(e) the details of the lenders of the loan.
(2) If the candidate did not receive any donations or loans during the disclosure period, the candidate must give a return to that effect.
(3) A copy of the return must be made available for public inspection by the Electoral Commissioner 30 days after the candidate was required to give the return and for 4 years from that date.
(4) The candidate must keep and maintain records in relation to the donations or loans specified in the return for a period of 4 years.
