LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 2019 (NO 39 OF 2019) - SECT 152

If a candidate cannot complete a campaign donation return, the candidate may:

    (a)     prepare the return to the extent possible; and

    (b)     give the Electoral Commission a notice stating:

        (i)     the return is incomplete; and

        (ii)     the particulars the candidate cannot obtain; and

        (iii)     the reasons why the candidate cannot obtain the particulars; and

        (iv)     if the candidate believes on reasonable grounds that another person can give the particulars, the name and address of the person.
