Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) The Chief Executive Officer must provide the NT EPA with staff and facilities to enable it to properly exercise its powers and perform its functions.
(2) A staff member provided to the NT EPA under subsection (1) is subject only to the direction of the chairperson in the performance of his or her duties for the NT EPA.
