NORTHERN TERRITORY ENVIRONMENT PROTECTION AUTHORITY ACT 2012 (NO 28 OF 2012) - SECT 36

Delegation

    (1)     The NT EPA may delegate any of its powers and functions under this or any other Act to:

    (a)     a member; or

    (b)     a public sector employee; or

    (c)     a Chief Executive Officer.

    (2)     In this section:

"Chief Executive Officer", see section 3 of the Public Sector Employment and Management Act .
