Northern Territory Numbered Acts Northern Territory Numbered Acts(1) A person is not civilly liable for an act done or omitted to be done by the person in good faith in the exercise of a power or performance of a function as any of the following:
(a) a member or employee of the Commission;
(b) the Director;
(c) a member of the Tribunal;
(d) an inspector and a person assisting an inspector under section 245 .
(2) Subsection (1) does not affect any liability the Territory, the Commission or the Tribunal would, apart from that subsection, have for the act or omission.
(3) In this section:
"exercise" of a power includes the purported exercise of the power.
"performance" of a function includes the purported performance of the function.
