Before regulation 88, in Part 8
(1) For section 254(1)(g) of the Act, a self-contained mobile clinic is a place prescribed as a place for which the CHO may, by Gazette notice, approve a protocol for possessing, supplying, or administering a Schedule substance.
(2) In this regulation:
"self-contained mobile clinic" means an aircraft, a vehicle or a vessel that:
(a) is mobile and travels to a place; and
(b) provides treatment to a person in the aircraft, vehicle or vessel while the aircraft, vehicle or vessel is stationary at that place.
"vehicle" includes a vehicle with a trailer or caravan attached and the trailer or caravan is the part of the self-contained mobile clinic in which the treatment is provided to a person.
