(1) Chapter 6, as in force before the commencement, continues to apply to a construction project, the cost of which is less than $500 000 but not less than $250 000, if the construction phase of the project began before the commencement.
(2) In this regulation:
"commencement" means commencement of the Work Health and Safety (National Uniform Legislation) Amendment Regulations 2016 .
