"president" means the president under the QCAT Act .
"registrar" means the principal registrar under the QCAT Act .
"review application" means an application made, as provided under the QCAT Act
, for review of a reviewable decision by the tribunal.
"separate representative" see section 307I (2) .
"support person" means a person allowed by the tribunal under the QCAT Act ,
section 91 to attend a hearing for the purpose of supporting a party or
witness.
"tribunal" means QCAT.
