Appointment conditions and limit on powers
122 Appointment conditions and limit on powers
(1) An authorised officer holds office on any conditions stated in— (a) the
authorised officer’s instrument of appointment; or
(b) a signed notice
given to the authorised officer; or
(c) a regulation.
(2) The instrument of
appointment, a signed notice given to the authorised officer or a regulation
may limit the authorised officer’s powers under this Act.
(3) In this
section—
"signed notice" means a notice signed by the chief executive.
