Chief executive’s right of appeal against decision of QCAT or appeal tribunal
144 Chief executive’s right of appeal against decision of QCAT or
appeal tribunal
(1) The chief executive may appeal against a decision of QCAT or the
appeal tribunal, but only on the ground of error of law.
(2) In this
section—
"appeal tribunal" means QCAT as constituted under the QCAT Act , section 166
for an appeal.
