ABORIGINAL LAND ACT 1991 - SECT 108

108 Application of sdiv 2

(1) This subdivision applies to Aboriginal land held by a CATSI corporation.

(2) However, this subdivision does not apply to a transfer of Aboriginal land from a registered native title body corporate (the
"original body corporate" ) to another registered native title body corporate that, under the Commonwealth Native Title Act , replaces the original body corporate.
