ABORIGINAL LAND ACT 1991 - SECT 15

15 Definition for div 4

In this division—

"relevant land" means the following land, or a part of the land—

(a) DOGIT land;

(b) Aboriginal reserve land, other than land declared by the Minister for section 12 .
