ANIMAL MANAGEMENT (CATS AND DOGS) ACT 2008 - SECT 151
Duration of licence
151 Duration of licence
(1) A licence becomes effective on the day the licence is issued or on the day
of the licence’s renewal and ends on the day (the
"expiry day" ) either 1, 2 or 3 years after that day.
(2) The chief executive
must decide the expiry day.
