ANIMAL MANAGEMENT (CATS AND DOGS) ACT 2008 - SECT 207

207 References to right to enter

A right under this Act to enter a place includes the right to—

(a) leave and re-enter the place from time to time; and

(b) remain on the place for the time necessary to achieve the purpose of the entry.
