ANIMAL MANAGEMENT (CATS AND DOGS) ACT 2008 - SECT 28

28 Grounds for suspension or prohibition

Each of the following is a ground for section 27 —

(a) giving the chief executive or a licence holder false or misleading information relating to the performance of functions under this Act;

(b) a failure to comply with this part.
