"amendment Act" means the Land Sales and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2014.
"commencement" means the commencement of this part.
"new" , in relation to a provision, means the provision as in force
immediately after the commencement.
"old" , in relation to a provision, means the provision as in force at any
relevant time before the commencement.
"proposed lot" means a lot intended to come into existence as a lot
included in a community titles scheme when the scheme is established or
changed.
