50 Definitions for part

In this part—

"account review report" see section 57A (2) .

"chapter 2 requirement" means a requirement, applying to a trustee under chapter 2 , in relation to the administration of a trust account.

"registered company auditor" see the Corporations Act , section 9 .

"trust account" means a project trust account or retention trust account.
