CRIME AND CORRUPTION ACT 2001 - SECT 421

421 Declaration about s 385
(1) From the start of the commencement day, section 385 applies to a
corruption hearing as if a reference in the section to a misconduct hearing
were a reference to a corruption hearing.
(2) In this section—
"corruption hearing" means a commission hearing in the context of a corruption
investigation.
