"adequate prescribed record" , of an animal, means a prescribed record that is
a true representation of the animal.
"animal" means any animal that is stock.
"prescribed record" , of an animal, means a record of the animal (including of
any brands, permitted brand imprinting positions, ear marks, or tags on the
animal) consisting of photographs, tapes, films, digital imagery or any other
means of visual reproduction (or any combination of them).
"stock disposal order" see section 450EB (1) .
