CASINO CONTROL ACT 1982 - SECT 141
Control systems
141 Control systems
(1) This section applies to a system of internal controls and administrative
and accounting procedures for a casino that was, immediately before the
commencement, the system of controls and procedures for the operation of the
casino approved by the chief executive under section 75 of this Act as in
force before the commencement.
(2) The system of internal controls and
administrative and accounting procedures is taken to be the approved control
system for the casino.
