145 Definitions for div 7

In this division—

"amending Act" means the Fuel Subsidy Repeal and Revenue and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2009 .

"commencement" means commencement of this section.

"previous" , for a provision of this Act, means the provision as in force before the commencement.
