Casino licence fee
154 Casino licence fee
(1) Despite its repeal by the amendment Act, former section 50 continues to
apply in relation to a quarter that started before the commencement of this
section.
(2) Despite their amendment by the amendment Act, former sections 54
to 57 continue to apply in relation to a licence fee payable under former
section 50.
(3) This section does not limit the Acts Interpretation Act 1954
, section 20 .
