CHILDRENS COURT ACT 1992 - SECT 28AA
Access to child protection records by Australian court or tribunal
(1) The registrar or clerk of the court may give an
Australian court or tribunal access to a child protection record, or
information from a child protection record, if the record or information is
relevant to a proceeding before the Australian court or tribunal.
(2) In this
section—
"Australian court or tribunal" means a court or tribunal of the Commonwealth
or of a State.
"child protection record" means a court record, or part of a court record, for
a proceeding under the Child Protection Act 1999 .
