A
"public morality offence" is—
(a) an offence against either of the following provisions as in force before 19 January 1991—(i) an offence against the repealed Vagrants, Gaming and Other Offences Act 1931 , section 5 (1) (b) or 7 (e) ;(ii) an offence against the Criminal Code , section 227 (1) ; or
(b) an offence of attempting to commit an offence mentioned in paragraph (a) (ii) ; or
(c) an offence of conspiring to commit an offence mentioned in paragraph (a) ; or
(d) an offence of counselling or procuring a person to commit an offence mentioned in paragraph (a) .
