CITY OF BRISBANE ACT 2010 - SECT 43

43 What this division is about

(1) This division is about beneficial enterprises that are conducted by the council.

(2) This division does not apply to a business unit of the council.

(3) A
"beneficial enterprise" is an enterprise that the council considers is directed to benefiting, and can reasonably be expected to benefit, the whole or part of Brisbane.

(4) The council is
"conducting" a beneficial enterprise if the council is engaging in, or helping, the beneficial enterprise.
