CLASSIFICATION OF PUBLICATIONS ACT 1991 - SECT 44

44 Existing entitlements to appeal

(1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement—

(a) a person was entitled to appeal against a decision mentioned in section 11 (1) or 37 (5) (b) (the
"relevant provision" ) and had not started the appeal; and

(b) the period mentioned in the relevant provision for starting the appeal had not ended.

(2) This Act as amended by the amending Act applies to the appeal.
