CHILD PROTECTION ACT 1999 - SECT 151

151 Conditions of appointment

(1) An authorised officer holds office on the conditions stated in the officer’s instrument of appointment.

(2) An authorised officer—

(a) if the appointment provides for a term of appointment—ceases holding office at the end of the term; and

(b) may resign by signed notice of resignation given to the chief executive.
